Sean Lachenberg
Through OneSun, Sean provides Modern-Day Engineering consulting, advisory, and fractional technical leadership, grounded in regulated-industry leadership and executive technology advisory already delivered.
Building agentic infrastructure. Advising modern engineering teams.
Sean Lachenberg is a Georgia Tech computer science alumnus, with concentrations in Intelligence and Media, and founder of LockN and OneSun Strategies.
Through OneSun, he has delivered executive technology advisory on modernization, engineering operations, and AI infrastructure.
He leads LockN’s self-hosted R&D in agentic infrastructure and Personal AI, connecting context, attributed signals, operating standards, assessments, and receipts.
He brings 10+ years of experience in full-stack development, .NET platforms, and distributed systems, including leadership in regulated industries. At Compass, he developed and deployed autonomous measurement systems in air-gapped environments at U.S. defense facilities, spanning software, UX, robotic motion, and electromagnetic data acquisition.
At OncoHealth, he led engineering for Iris’s mobile and supporting platform for virtual patient care, including 24/7 access to oncology nurses. His work spanned symptom monitoring, care-team messaging, caregiver access, appointment scheduling, content, and outreach. He served as Principal Software Engineer and also led utilization-management modernization.
At Landis+Gyr, he worked on Command Center, an enterprise smart-meter platform, and led a multi-regional Agile development team.
Delivered, prior, and current work.
Ways to engage.
Work is scoped around a defined initiative, a responsible owner, and agreed deliverables, whether that is advisory, hands-on implementation, or continuing fractional leadership. Adopting LockN is not a condition of working with OneSun. For AI-specific work, the advisory and AI workflow diagnostic are the most direct starting points.
